By using Scorecard AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or resell it.

2. No Guarantee

• The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy of scorecard scanning or calculations.
• You are responsible for verifying your results.

3. Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the App.

4. Payments and Free Trial

Scorecard AI offers a 3-day free trial with the annual subscription plan. After the 3-day period, the subscription automatically renews to the annual plan at the listed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

• Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time in their Apple ID account settings.
• Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account after the free trial ends if not cancelled.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
